Thank you for trusting me with your business's internet marketing. I know
you are busy with your company so I try to make getting your marketing setup
as quick and painless as possible. I only ask 3 things from you.
1. Please fill out the new client form here. You don't have to answer
all the questions, but the more you fill out the better job I can do setting
up your local listings, web pages and social media accounts.
2. I will be emailing you an email address to a photo account that I will
set up for you at flickr. Please email photos of your business location,
your staff, offices, logo and past company functions. 5 photos is great, 10
is even better. If you don't have any photos or don't want to bother with
this step I will grab some stock photos of related company types to use
instead and folks will think you have the best looking staff in the country.
When you send in the photos you don't have to bother with a subject line or
any text in the email - just attach the photos.
3. When I claim your Google Places and other local directory listings they will usually send you a postcard with a PIN attached for me to activate the account. When you get the PIN please send me an email with it, your business name and the service that sent you the postcard. If you have already claimed your local map listing I will contact to set up access into it for optimization.
I work strange hours and almost exclusively by email so please be patient if you send me a question. I will be adding videos to this page explaining the most frequently asked questions and I try to keep you up to date with the latest in the search marketing landscape with my blog and facebook page.
The only service that I don't provide for you is on-page search engine optimization for your existing website. Most folks are extremely touchy about their websites whether they paid thousands for it from a "design team" or had their cousin build it. Trying to get a consensus with everyone involved on colors, designs, images (not to mention the site architecture) is like herding cats and you literally can't pay me enough to do it. As part of the Big City and Mid Market plans I do provide search engine marketing for your existing site and get very good results with just my off page efforts.
add your location to your page titles - Boise Electrician, San Diego Lawn Care
don't use the same title on every page - optimize it for the page
add your complete business name and address to your meta tags
add your business name and address to the bottom of your pages
if you use a drop down menu at the top of your page be sure and have text page links at the bottom of each page
